The Unforgettable Group (TUG) defines e-shopping as an online shopping journey with a destination that is Inspired by the in-person shopping experience, with the benefits of being online. Bridging the gap between brands and consumer by curating and organizing products into online shops, and pairing it with ideas, information and inspiration into shop communities.

Our inspiration was drawn from the unique qualities of in-person retail stores integrated with the benefits of being online, connecting categories, improving search, incorporating information to create an Unforgettable experience.
We take a guest-centric view of advertising, putting an effort into promoting brands and products with in the context of the guest's needs, eliminating what we fondly call Flying Monkeys including random ads, pay for placement, consumer tracking, etc.
Each marketplace aims to showcase all viable consumer products, services & technologies that are curated by a team of dedicated merchants to enrich the guest experience with choice not duplication.
We prioritize helping the guest ‘find’ what they are looking for with our 'FETCH' technology. Our platform does the work for our guests and does not require them to know exactly what they are looking for.
Our context-based product philosophy emphasizes a product's features and utility and encourages positioning across the platform where it contributes to the assortment enhancing the offering.

Our merchant-driven philosophy places an emphasis on cross-merchandising, themed assortments, and innovative merchandising. Placing a focus on providing 'everything' the consumer needs for a given task, use, or theme, while also providing category adjacencies to enhance the offering.
We offer free browsing for all guests and there is no cost for suppliers to be featured on the site. Our primary goal is to expand your business by introducing visitors to new markets, attracting new customers, and retaining existing ones. Think of us as a new kind of online shopping mall.
The addition of an eMerchandizing/eMarketing arm to the eCommerce channel allows the market to better assist the consumer with their online purchasing needs, manufacturers to make and ship goods, and our team to focus on helping the consumer find what they need.
