TUG In-Focus project

The TUG In-Focus Project was established with the aim of engaging with a unique group of online shoppers, influencers, and individuals with valuable insights. Our primary goal is to gather feedback, gain real-time statistics, and tap into the shopping expertise. As part of this initiative, we will be hosting online experiences, conducting surveys, and arranging calls to create a platform for open dialogue with you.

In addition, we are committed to exploring methods to test products, assess quality, and enhance online communication. By leveraging the input and insights provided by our TUG In-Focus Group, we are confident in our ability to navigate the present and venture into uncharted territories. We believe that this collaborative effort will guide us towards innovative solutions and propel us to unimaginable heights. We know where we are going today and we are sure that our TUG In-Focus Group will help take us to places not yet imagined.

We are looking close to home first, seeking group members by invitation only, with a hope to open up our In-Focus Group to the world in due time.  Our initial In-Focus Group will focus on our pet site, so we hope that each member has at least one pet to help them and use better understand the needs of pet owners as well as the online shopping experience.  

Time...we are looking for your reaction, input, and nitty gritty feedback when using the TUG platform.  We hope your help will guide us to create an even more Unforgettable shopping experience.  We will be conducting focus groups, hosting surveys and hope to have one on one conversations with each In Focus Group members.  The time spent should be the amount of time you generally spend online shopping and browsing plus time for a little feedback and survey filling.  If purchasing is involved we will provide you with gift cards to cover those costs.

Pets is one of our favorite consumer products category and we have a passion for getting in right.  One of our first areas of focus will be exploring the pet category, pet-loving shoppers and humans who consider themselves pet people.

Our first project will be approximately 1 month, with a focus on our Pet Shop, 'WildLoveTails.com.'  We hope for group members will want to stay on and participate in future projects, allowing us to continual improve during that time.  Group members will have first choice to remain part of TUG In-Focus and we will ask your help in locating new members as we expand and group the project.

You will have exposure to new and exciting features that  we will ask you keep in confidence, along with live sites that you can share with others.  We will be clear about what can and cannot be shared so we are all on the same wavelength. 

At this time it is a voluntary project with perks.  We hope to begin product testing, evaluating samples, providing pay for projects and more.  Being part of the TUG In-Focus Group allows you to be first to know about job openings, pay for gigs, testing consumer products opportunities and more.  You will never be required to make any purchases and if we need to do any purchasing tests, you will receive a gift card to cover all costs.
